1. Service Nature

All our services (consultations, reports, kundali analysis, horoscope predictions, and remedies) are personalized and prepared individually for each user. Since these services are based on specific personal details, they are non-transferable and non-returnable.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a booking or consultation request is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the user.

  • In case of duplicate booking or technical error, you may contact us immediately at kaivalyaastroworld9555@gmail.com for resolution.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided once a consultation or report has been delivered.

  • Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

    • Duplicate payment made due to technical error.

    • Payment deducted but service not delivered (after verification).

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
